Application methods

The surfaces on which Sobyol will be applied must be completely free of any dust, dirt and mud that reduces adhesion and must be dry. Application can be done with a special spray paint sprayer or gun. A brush and roller can also be used if desired. Sobyol must be diluted with 10-15% Sobyol solvent before use. Solvents such as toluene, Sel thinner can also be used for thinning if necessary. In these cases, before thinning, a quantity of paint and a small amount of solvent should be thinned, and it should be checked whether there is a condition such as cutting or rotting in the paint. Sobyol paint cannot be completely diluted with a synthetic solvent.

Security conditions

R 10: Flammable. Flash point + 350 C

R 20/21/22: Harmful by inhalation, in contact with skin, and if swallowed.
