How to use: The surface to be painted should be cleaned of dust and old paint, the surface should be cleaned and the primer should be diluted with 15% water 2-3 hours after applying PoliBinder and applied twice with a roller or brush at least 1 hour apart.
Shelf life: 2 years without opening the lid.

Drying time: dries in 3 hours. The second layer can be applied after 3 hours. Full drying time 24 hours.
